Join our team as a Fitter, where you’ll play a vital role in building high-quality products through precision, skill, and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: Reading and interpreting blueprint drawings to prepare parts and weld surfaces Performing tack welds and welds appropriate to the material and position, ensuring proper penetration, strength, and appearance Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring information flows with each component through final weld areas Safely operating and maintaining fabrication equipment, including welders, torches, hand and air tools, punches, saws, drill presses, and mag drills Following all safety procedures, including the proper use of overhead and jib cranes for lifting and material handling Day Shift 6:00am - 4:30pm Monday - Thursday, 6:00am - 2:30pm Friday Employee Benefits Weekly paycheck Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance Paid time off and holidays 401K retirement account with 5% company match Annual boot reimbursements up to $125 On the spot bonuses up to $100 Weld Helmet reimbursement up to $150 every 4 years Qualifications Ability to read blueprints Open to coaching Traits of Our Successful Employees Embrace Core Values: Serving Others, High Integrity, Strong Work Ethic, Culture of Opportunity & Long-Term Relationships Exhibition of good communication skills when working with fellow employees Willingness to help out where needed #J-18808-Ljbffr Superior Ind
