SDET

• Spend 60-80% of time writing automation code
• Design and maintain automation frameworks
• Unit, integration, regression, and E2E
• Create and execute test scripts (UI, API, backend)
• Build test data strategies (including synthetic data)
• Conduct:
• Functional testing
• Performance / load testing
• Manual validation when needed
• Participate in:
• Agile ceremonies (planning, grooming, etc.)
• Code reviews
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Monitor system/test performance (Datadog, Grafana, etc.)
• Collaborate with:
• Engineering
• Product
• Mentor junior QA/SDET team members
• Support test strategy + quality ownership across features

Required Skills & Experience
• SDET / Automation-heavy background (not manual QA)
• Strong coding experience (3+ years development; TypeScript or similar)
• Hands-on with test automation frameworks
(Playwright preferred, or Cypress/Selenium)
• Experience testing across:
• UI / Web
• API
• Backend services
• Experience building or contributing to automation frameworks
• CI/CD integration experience (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, ADO, etc.)
• Experience working in an Agile environment
