Role Description This full-time, on-site Graphic Designer position is based at our Support Team Office in Baton Rouge, LA, and reports directly to the Director of Marketing. The Graphic Designer will bring the CC's brand to life across digital and print channels, including social media, paid advertising, email, web, menus, in-coffeehouse and drive-thru signage, and promotional materials. This hands-on role will develop creative concepts and coordinated assets for seasonal promotions, limited-time offers, product launches, loyalty initiatives, and new coffeehouse openings. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing engaging visual content, creating simple motion graphics and video overlays, and adapting system-wide creative for local markets, franchise partners, and community activations while maintaining brand consistency. The role will also help maintain and improve brand templates, design systems, and creative toolkits. The Graphic Designer will prepare and proof production-ready files for digital and print, ensuring proper dimensions, bleed, resolution, and platform specifications. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with production vendors, organizing photography and creative assets, managing revisions, and ensuring files are easily accessible for future use. This position collaborates closely with the Marketing Team and cross-functional partners to deliver accurate, high-quality creative on schedule. The ideal candidate will bring fresh ideas, stay informed on relevant design trends, and identify opportunities to improve creative quality and workflows while supporting business growth. Creative Design & Campaign Execution Create on-brand design for social media, paid advertising, email, web, menus, in-coffeehouse and drive-thru signage, and print materials. Develop campaign concepts and coordinated assets for seasonal promotions, limited-time offers, product launches, loyalty initiatives, and new coffeehouse openings. Create simple motion graphics, GIFs, and video overlays when needed for digital campaigns and content. Brand Stewardship & Local Adaptation Adapt system-wide creative for local markets, franchisees, and community activations while keeping every execution consistent with CC's brand standards. Apply strong typography, layout, color, and imagery; help maintain and improve brand templates, design systems, and creative toolkits. Creative Production & Asset Management Prepare and proof production-ready files for print and digital use, including correct dimensions, bleed, resolution, and platform specifications; coordinate with production partners as needed. Organize source files, photography templates, and final assets so the team can find and reuse them easily; manage revisions and project handoffs. Collaborate with Marketing and cross-functional partners to understand briefs, incorporate feedback, and deliver accurate creative on schedule. Bring forward relevant design trends, new ideas, and workflow improvements that strengthen the guest experience and creative quality. Perform other duties as assigned, consistent with the position's scope and business needs. Qualifications Education: Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience and a strong portfolio are welcome. Experience: 2+ years in graphic or digital design, ideally for a consumer, restaurant, hospitality, retail, or agency brand. Portfolio demonstrating campaign and multi-channel design required. Knowledge / Skills: Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; working knowledge of Figma or a similar design tool. Excellent typography, production-file preparation, organization, and communication. Motion graphics experience is a plus. Licenses / Certifications: Valid driver's license and safe driving record required. Must comply with all company vehicle policies. Requirements Work full-time at the Support Team Office in Baton Rouge, with occasional schedule flexibility for shoots, openings, events, and campaign deadlines. Travel to coffeehouses, photo shoots, events, and production partners as needed. Maintain reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and current automobile insurance. Maintain confidentiality and comply with CC's policies, brand standards, safety practices, and intellectual-property requirements.
