Responsibilities - Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move goods, materials, and finished products safely within the warehouse. - Load and unload trailers at the shipping dock, ensuring accurate placement and adherence to safety protocols. - Manage floor stretch wrapper operations-training provided for all necessary equipment. - Maintain clear and accurate records of warehouse activities and product movement. - Follow standard operating procedures and quality guidelines for all warehouse processes. - Support basic warehouse duties, including inventory tracking, shipping, and receiving. - Perform work independently with minimal direction from supervisors. Required Skills and Experience - High school diploma or equivalent. - 0-1 year experience in warehouse operations, shipping, receiving, or a related field. - Basic computer abilities and comfortable performing work in a metrics-driven environment. - Ability to read, write, and comprehend English instructions and perform basic math. - Physical ability to lift/move items over 20 lbs and perform repetitive motions (standing, walking, bending, etc.). - Effective communication skills to interact with co-workers and supervisors. Preferred Skills - Prior forklift operation experience. - Previous exposure to shipping/receiving processes. - Experience operating semi-truck or moving trailers (not required; will train). - Demonstrated ability to work independently and efficiently.
