QDOBA - - Responsibilities: Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure guest-centric service and food quality in accordance with brand standards; Monitor staffing levels; recruit, interview, and provide hiring recommendations; Train, develop, coach, and evaluate employee performance; implement training programs; Assign tasks and activities to team members and manage shift coverage; Interact with guests and the community; respond to questions, concerns, and complaints professionally; Collaborate with other restaurant managers to analyze operational and financial performance and drive improvements; Identify trends and implement action plans to improve guest experience and sales while controlling costs
