This opportunity offers the ability to maintain an active clinical practice focused on lymphoma, leukemia, multiple myeloma, and other hematologic malignancies while providing specialized care to patients receiving CAR-T cell and bispecific antibody therapies.The physician will be involved throughout the continuum of care, from patient evaluation and treatment selection through therapy administration, toxicity management, and long-term follow-up. Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, the physician will help ensure patients have access to advanced cellular and immune-based therapies in a community oncology setting.Key Clinical ResponsibilitiesEvaluate and manage patients receiving CAR-T cell and bispecific antibody therapies, including BiTE therapies.Participate in treatment planning, outpatient administration, step-up dosing, post-treatment monitoring, and long-term follow-up.Recognize and manage treatment-related toxicities, including CRS, ICANS, cytopenias, infections, and other complications.Collaborate with physicians, APPs, nurses, pharmacists, and care coordinators to support safe and effective treatment delivery.Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions, tumor boards, and coordination of care with referring physicians and specialty centers.Contribute to clinical research and trials involving cellular therapies, immunotherapy, and emerging treatments for hematologic malignancies.Support ongoing clinical quality initiatives and the continued expansion of advanced treatment options within the practice.About New York, NYNew York City offers an unmatched combination of career opportunity, cultural diversity, and everyday convenience.
