Remote Program management / implementation planning Evaluator - AI Trainer ($80-$120 per hour)

JD LOGISTICS US is seeking a highly motivated System Implementation to support the successful deployment and optimization of our logistics and warehouse management systems. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in system configuration, testing, and user support within a dynamic supply chain environment. Location: Fontana, California Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 + Annual Bonus Employment Type: Full‑Time What You’ll Do: Assist in the configuration and setup of new system modules and functionalities. Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and identify system defects or areas for improvement. Develop and maintain system documentation, including user manuals and training materials. Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting for end‑users experiencing system issues. Collaborate with project teams to gather requirements and translate them into system specifications. Support data migration activities and ensure data integrity during system transitions. Contribute to process improvement initiatives related to system utilization and efficiency. Assist with ad‑hoc reporting and data analysis to support operational decision‑making. About You: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. Strong interest in enterprise systems (e.g., WMS, TMS, ERP) and their application in logistics. Basic understanding of system implementation methodologies is a plus. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
