Family Medicine Physician – Milton, Milton, WV

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a community-focused healthcare setting. This role involves delivering comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages while supporting overall health, wellness, and disease prevention.

The ideal candidate will be committed to making a meaningful impact in the community, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, and promoting long-term patient well-being.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across all age groups
Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic medical conditions
Emphasize preventive care, routine screenings, and health maintenance
Educate patients on wellness, lifestyle modifications, and disease prevention
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and holistic care
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical records

Qualifications
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program
Active medical license or eligibility for licensure (state-specific)
Strong clinical, diagnostic, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Commitment to community-based healthcare and patient advocacy
Dedication to continuous learning and professional growth

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive base salary with additional incentive opportunities
Supplemental compensation (10.35%) up to $24,500 annually toward a retirement plan (403b)
