We are seeking a Pelvic Health Physical Therapist to come be the part of our amazing Pelvic program. Our outpatient fitness center in Valencia is second to none! We took over a full, 2 story gym and turned it into a Pelvic Physical Therapists dream. With 11 private rooms just for Pelvic & Lymphedema, and all the pelvic equipment you could dream of, this is the facility you want to work at.

Responsibilities

• Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
• Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient's goals, needs, and lifestyle.
• Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
• Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
• Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice).
• Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care.
• AHA BLS required.
• 2 Full years of Pelvic experience

Compensation: $50 - $61/hour, $5K sign on bonus, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Benefits include generous paid time off, paid continued education, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
