Commercial Real Estate Attorneys (Associate, Counsel & Partner Levels)

Murphy Schiller & Wilkes LLP (MSW) is seeking attorneys at the Associate, Counsel, and Partner levels to join our growing Transactional Commercial Real Estate Practice Group. MSW represents clients in a broad range of sophisticated commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, commercial leasing, and financing transactions. We are looking for experienced attorneys who have developed their commercial real estate practice in a private law firm setting and are committed to delivering exceptional client service. Responsibilities Represent clients in commercial real estate acquisitions and sales Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements and related transaction documents Handle commercial leasing matters for landlords and tenants Advise borrowers and lenders in real estate financing transactions Conduct and oversee due diligence and transaction closings Work directly with clients, opposing counsel, lenders, brokers, and other transaction participants Qualifications Experience as a transactional commercial real estate attorney in private practice Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills Ability to manage transactions efficiently and effectively Commitment to client service and responsiveness Portable business is welcome for partner-level candidates, but is not required MSW offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated matters in a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment, with direct client contact and meaningful opportunities for professional growth and advancement. #J-18808-Ljbffr Murphy Schiller & Wilkes LLP
