Pay or shift range: $105,000 USD to $115,000 USD. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons. Description Position Title: Senior Software Implementation Consultant Department: Devlivery Reports To: Manager, Software Implementation Consultants Location: US Remote Overview: As aSenior Software Implementation Consultantyou play a key role on the Implementation team by acting as a customer advocate and ensuring the highest quality of work is being delivered on time and to expectation. You willwork in parallel with a Services Project Manager and other teams to successfully onboard new clients onto our Digital Payments platform, as well as adding new products/features for existing customers. Possessing the ability to learn the proprietary software rapidly, you will configure, apply analytical troubleshooting tools, and to problem-solve application issues. You are not expected to be a master of the full spectrum of technologies, but you will become a technical expert and master of all skills required to launch solutions for our clients; steadily building their knowledge of any of One Inc’s platforms and digital payments domain. Onboarding our customers efficiently with attention to flexibility and scalability are key attributes of every customer’s implementation. Key Responsibilities: True SME and trusted advisor for customer regarding One Inc systems and offering for internal and external stakeholders Leader and mentor within team, offering best practices and process improvements Work well with customer. Accountable for the more technical components of the end-to-end implementation process Own requirements gathering activities by coordinating and running face-to-face and web-conferencing interviews Configure, test, and validate payment platform features Document requirements, nuances, and solution to be implemented Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal stakeholders at all levels to analyze needs and business requirements Produce the following artifacts as needed: Functional Requirements Use Cases UI Prototypes Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously – ability to work in many internal and external projects and effectively prioritize workload Work independently with stakeholders to define concepts, review specifications, solicit feedback, gather requirements, and obtain approval for specifications Work in tandem with the project manager to coordinate deliverables and communicate updates Work with developers and QA to understand and coordinate technical requirements and design Complete high-level testing to ensure solution is functioning per requirements Create and update documentation and working to drive improvements in process for the implementation of existing products Skills: 3-5 Years in Software Implementation Consultant role with One Inc or similar. Understanding of Payments technology and workflows. Customer-facing, software implementation experience is required. Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to perpetuate knowledge into process and procedure. Technical aptitude and eagerness to learn the solutions in significant depth to meet our customers’ business requirements and standardize for organizational benefit. Familiar with Agile and Waterfall methodologies Excellent verbal and written, communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts. Abstract thinking, critical thinking, & problem-solving capabilities. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals as well as influence, compromise, and negotiate to solve true customer needs. Detail oriented. Self-learning, motivated, focused. The ability to quickly learn new concepts and products.
