In this role, you will:

• Provide specialized instruction to students with visual impairments across multiple campuses.
• Develop and implement IEPs for visually impaired students.
• Collaborate with general and special education staff, families, and service providers.
• Assess student progress, document outcomes, and participate in IEP meetings.
• Travel between assigned schools within the local area.

Qualifications:

• Valid California teaching credential for Teachers of the Visually Impaired or eligibility for reciprocity.
• Previous experience with visually impaired students preferred.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Ability to adapt instruction for a variety of learning environments.
• Willingness to travel locally between school sites.
