Description Receptionist/Front Desk We change lives! Mikhail Education Corporation has served the Las Vegas Community for several years offering an abundance of career programs. Our graduates are working in the medical field as well as in the Trades. We are currently seeking a front desk receptionist who can help us triage prospective student inquiries, staff calls, marketing requests, and current student requests. The first person our students and visitors meet is our Receptionist of First Impressions and this position is high profile on our campus. Responsibilities Greet customers\ students Answer Phones Data Entry Set students up for entry testing Skills needed Upbeat personality Helpful Multitask Good customer service skills (customer is always right!) Some computer/tech skills Active phone skills Caring Timely Results-oriented Must be available to work until 7pm Monday - Friday ; No weekends required Salary+benefits+paid time off and opportunity for advancement!
