About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Client Services for its private markets/private credit business. This senior leadership role is pivotal in combining strategic relationship management, commercial oversight, and service delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a portfolio of strategic private credit client relationships, shaping client account strategies, and providing leadership across private credit service delivery to ensure consistent quality and responsiveness. The role also involves partnering with senior colleagues across various teams to improve servicing capabilities, leading executive reviews, and supporting commercial planning and revenue retention. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in private credit, alternative investment servicing, or a comparable institutional financial services environment. The role requires a proven track record in managing senior client relationships, a strong understanding of private credit fund structures, and the ability to influence executive stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience in driving service improvements, organizational change, or operational transformation, and possess strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. A relevant degree or professional qualification is preferred, and the ability to contribute to the development of scalable operating models as the business grows is essential.
