Schedule: Full-Time | 55–72 Hours/Week | 1st Shift (3pmM – 1:30AM)
Pay: $24-$25.50 Significant Pay Increase Upon Hire

We’re growing fast—and we’re looking for skilled Heavy Equipment Operators to join our high-performing production team. What You’ll Do:

• Operate front-end loaders to prepare and mix organic materials
• Maintain a steady flow of materials to production lines
• We are looking for 1+ years of experience as a Front End end loader or Heavy equipment operator
• Perform pre-shift inspections , light maintenance, and end-of-shift cleaning
• Monitor and manage stockpiles , ensuring proper moisture and temperature
• Accurately track and submit load tickets for inventory
• Safely refuel equipment and follow all safety protocols
• Mix products and additives according to production specs

What You Bring:

• 1+ year of heavy equipment operation (front loader experience required)
• Experience with dozers, skid loaders , or similar equipment a plus
• Ability to work long shifts and thrive in a physically active role
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
