Job Details: Job Title: Home Health RN Location: Denver, CO Setting: Home Health Pay Range: $2,436.60 - $2,558.43 Schedule: M-F 8-hour Days Contract Length: 13 Weeks Candidate Type: Traveler Requirements: 2 years of experience as a RN in the Home Health setting; Valid RN license; Be willing to obtain Colorado or compact licensure Responsibilities: Provide skilled nursing care to patients in the home health setting in accordance with established standards and assignment needs. Complete patient assessments, document clinical findings, and communicate updates to the appropriate care team members. Administer treatments and medications as ordered while monitoring patient response and reporting changes in condition. Educate patients and families on care plans, safety practices, and strategies to support continuity of care at home.
