Job Description Job Description: An employer is seeking a Assistant Accounting Manager to work hybrid onsite in Lebanon, OH for a direct hire opportunity. This position is seeking an innovative, results-oriented Corporate Senior Production Control Specialist to enhance production control processes and support warehouse operations across the organization. Using Microsoft Power Platform applications, business intelligence tools, and emerging digital technologies, this role will transform data into actionable insights that improve planning accuracy, operational efficiency, and overall supply chain performance. The ideal candidate will proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, develop and implement digital solutions, and lead initiatives that automate manual activities, integrate data from multiple sources, and standardize best practices across the organization. By combining strong production control expertise with a continuous improvement mindset, this individual will drive sustainable operational enhancements, enable data-driven decision-making, and strengthen cross functional collaboration objectives. Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties: Warehouse & Supply Chain Support Lead warehouse forecast planning and demand analysis Manage inventory ordering, replenishment, and optimization Track transit and container movement to ensure timely delivery Oversee warehouse inventory accuracy and performance Support warehouse cost analysis and cost-reduction strategies Production Control & Operations Manage mass production build-out planning and execution Coordinate customer surveys and reporting Oversee release and shipping management systems Create and maintain master data Conduct data analysis and develop KPI reporting Continuous Improvement Drive data-driven decision making through trend analysis Identify root causes and implement effective countermeasures Support on-time delivery improvement for mass production Promote and participate in ongoing Kaizen and problem-solving Develop and implement digital solutions, and lead initiatives that automate manual activities, integrate data from multiple sources, and standardize best practices across the organization We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
