Fixture Team Members - Overnight Retail Remodels - Hotel + Per Diem - Up to $20/hr - Henderson, NV SPAR Marketing Force is seeking Overnight Fixture Team Members to join their growing reset and remodel team in Henderson, Nevada. These hands-on roles involve working overnight in retail environments, installing fixtures, performing merchandising resets, and supporting remodel projects. Ideal candidates are reliable, comfortable with physical work, and able to travel for ongoing project assignments. Perks & Benefits Competitive wages: $18 – $20 per hour Hotel accommodations provided by SPAR Meal per diem, tolls, and approved expenses covered Extensive travel opportunities Mileage reimbursement Ongoing project work and career advancement opportunities DailyPay available What You’ll Need Ability to work overnight shifts (8:00 PM – 7:00 AM) Experience with fixture installation, construction, merchandising, or retail remodels preferred Ability to stand and work for 10+ hours Ability to read and follow blueprints, schematics, and planograms preferred Experience using basic hand tools and power tools required Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly Comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights up to 40 feet Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required Personal cell phone and valid email address required Professional appearance and demeanor Appropriate work footwear, including steel-toe shoes/boots or inserts What Will Make You Stand Out Previous retail remodel, fixture installation, construction, merchandising, or big-box retail experience Ability to read and follow blueprints, schematics, planograms, and project instructions Experience operating equipment such as scissor lifts, forklifts, order pickers, and reach trucks; certification preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
