Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive, strategic Marketing Coordinator to champion the iKids brand across social media, community and school events, and a highly anticipated new location launch. If you are a natural leader who loves taking charge, planning campaigns from scratch, and driving initiatives for a growing marketing team, this role is for you. This position blends hands-on creativity with high-level strategy, requiring a genuine passion for elementary education and the drive to put our new site on the map.

Core Responsibilities

• New Location Marketing & Launch Strategy:
• • Lead the marketing strategy for our brand-new location, driving local awareness, collaborating with the enrollment team, and community engagement from the ground up.
  • Design and execute localized grassroots marketing campaigns, partnership opportunities, and grand opening events for the new site.
• Strategic Planning & Team Initiatives:
• • Proactively create, pitch, and launch new marketing initiatives to optimize our overall brand reach.
  • Own the marketing calendar—move from conceptual brainstorming to concrete project management, ensuring timelines and goals are met with proper follow up.
  • Act as a driving force for the marketing team, stepping up to coordinate collaborative projects, assign tasks where needed, and keep team initiatives moving forward seamlessly.
  • Guide Social Media efforts and collaborate with team on content and goals.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Project Management & Leadership: Proven ability to take a project from an abstract concept to successful execution. Comfortable managing timelines, coordinating team efforts, and "taking the wheel" on major campaigns.
• Strategic Mindset: Experience or strong aptitude for launch marketing, local SEO, or community-based growth strategies.
• Autonomy: A self-starter who thrives with minimal supervision, possesses high operational initiative, and naturally steps up to lead team projects.
• Excellent Communication & Grammar Skills

Morning (Leadership & Strategy)

Onsite office collaboration, events, social media, content creation and execution, connecting with local businesses near site to finalize partnership perks or draft comprehensive plans for new enrollment initiatives.

Afternoon (Execution & Launch)

Events, onsite at program, content gathering, community relationship building.
