We\'re currently looking for a Shop Lead Mechanic to oversee our maintenance team. This is a hands-on leadership role suited for someone with strong diesel mechanic experience and the ability to manage daily shop operations. What You\'ll Do: Supervise and coordinate the work of shop mechanics and technicians Prioritize, assign, and track Repair Orders, Work Orders, and Inspections Perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance as needed Ensure all repairs meet safety and quality standards Maintain inventory, schedule services, and manage shop workflows Train and mentor team members to improve performance and efficiency Communicate with dispatch and operations to keep equipment running smoothly What We\'re Looking For: Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and manage a team Comfortable using computers for recordkeeping and diagnostics Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work in various environmental conditions Must pass a pre-employment drug screen CDL preferred but not required Schedule: Full-time Must be available to work 6 days a week with flexible scheduling #J-18808-Ljbffr
