Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• Travel experience is required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• No current placement allowed at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - Citizens Medical Center.
Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.
Additional Details:
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Required Skills/Experience: - IVL/Shockwave required.
Unit Details: - Diagnostic and interventional coronary procedures, diagnostic and interventional peripheral procedures, pacemaker/defibrillator implants, atherectomy with CSI, LVAD Impella, IVL Shockwave, IVUS, and FFR/DFR. - Electrophysiology and TAVR knowledge not required.
Shift & Scheduling: - Monday to Friday. - Call required every other week (7 days on, 7 days off), daily from 1515-0645; 20 min response time.
14 days maximum time off
2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 2 years
Proof of identification required
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) or the alternative certification CI
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
