IT Operations ManagerThis IT Operations Manager role puts you at the center of everything tech for two facilities, leading a small team while staying hands-on yourself. It is a fit for a sharp help desk pro ready to step into leadership, or an early manager who loves solving problems and working with people.This established manufacturer builds specialty products for demanding environments like healthcare, correctional, cleanroom, and food processing facilities, all made in the USA. You will support two plants, with your home base in Kenosha. This is a fully onsite role in a fast-moving factory and office environment where uptime matters every day.This team is open to experienced or first-time managers. You will join a mostly new team that questions how things have always been done and actively makes them better.
