Biological Sciences Division at the University of Chicago

The Duchossois Family Institute (DFI) at the University of Chicago is seeking a highly organized Sr. Administrative Assistant to support the Director and research community. You will manage a complex calendar, coordinate communications, assist with grant applications and manuscripts, and oversee daily operations in a dynamic academic environment. You will coordinate meetings and events, support travel, reimbursements, vendor relationships, and maintain the departmental website, while handling #J-18808-Ljbffr Biological Sciences Division at the University of Chicago
