Responsibilities Maintain equipment according to preventable maintenance schedule. Clean machines and immediate work area. Produce, visually inspect and package product. Operate equipment and perform process functions. Conduct inspections and perform process tests. Understand and complete all required paperwork in a timely fashion. Respond to and reset alarms as needed. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Maintain certification on equipment assigned. Maintain regular, punctual attendance. Perform other duties as assigned by Shift Leader and support the needs of the business in a high‑speed manufacturing environment. Remain alert and focused and sustain a productive work environment through effective communication with team members. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the process. Obey all company policies, standards and rules, including safety policies and lockout procedures. Experience & Education Minimum: High School Diploma or GED. Preferred: 1+ year experience working in a manufacturing environment and/or experience working for BD or embecta. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Must be able to read, write and speak English.
