Service Desk Manager Location: Alexandria, Virginia / Washington, DC Employment: Full‑time Salary: $70,000–$110,000 per year (typical range) Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Service Desk Manager to lead and oversee enterprise IT support operations within a federal government contracting environment. Responsibilities Lead and oversee technical service desk operations and manage daily activities. Supervise and provide quality customer service to all staff in the firm’s IT Service Desk. Oversee the full lifecycle of IT incidents and problems across a multi‑site environment. Provide executive leadership across Tier 1 Service Desk, Tier 2 Advanced Problem Resolution, and related functions. Qualifications Minimum five (5) years of successful Tier 1 support services leadership experience or equivalent. Citizenship required; favorable Tier 1 investigation or immediate NBIS T1 suitability eligibility. ITIL 4 Certified is preferred.
