This is a temporary position expected to last 2+ weeks.

Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Post-Production Quality Control Auditor for a short-term assignment. If you have a keen eye for detail, enjoy working in a production environment, and take pride in ensuring products meet quality standards, we want to hear from you.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on quality assurance experience while working with a collaborative team in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet customer specifications and quality standards
  • Conduct visual and physical quality checks using established inspection procedures
  • Identify product defects and document findings accurately
  • Complete quality control paperwork and production records
  • Communicate quality concerns and improvement opportunities to supervisors
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Follow all company quality procedures and safety guidelines

Qualifications:

  • HS Diploma / GED
  • Must have 6+ months experience with quality control, inspection, manufacturing, or warehouse experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to follow procedures and work independently
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (ISO, FDA, BSI, etc.)
  • Stand for extended periods throughout the shift
  • Perform repetitive hand and arm movements
  • Bend, stoop, kneel, and reach as needed
  • Lift and move up to 75 pounds with or without assistance
  • Ability to perform detailed visual inspections

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position is $16.00 hourly not including benefits, potential bonuses or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
