Coloring Supervisor: Lean Manufacturing Leader

Specialty Granules LLC is seeking a first-line supervisor for our mining/manufacturing operations in the United States. The role requires 1–2 years of supervisory experience, knowledge of MSHA rules, and strong Lean/continuous improvement skills to lead safety, production, and cost goals. The candidate will manage production personnel, coordinate with maintenance, develop staff, and drive SOPs and root cause analysis.
