Role Description This is a part‑time, on‑site position located in Plano, TX, for a Head Middle School Girl's Soccer Coach. Responsibilities include leading practices, developing game strategies, mentoring student‑athletes in skill development, and fostering a positive team culture. The coach is expected to collaborate with school administration, communicate effectively with parents and athletes, and uphold PCA’s mission and values in all aspects of the role. Additionally, the coach will assist in scheduling, managing equipment, and ensuring safety during all activities. Qualifications Experience in Educational Leadership and Curriculum Development related to athletic programs Strong skills in Communication, fostering effective collaboration with students, parents, and school staff Knowledge and expertise in Education and Research to develop team strategies and enhance player performance Proven experience coaching soccer at the middle school level or higher is highly preferred Understanding of and commitment to integrating a Christian worldview in coaching and mentorship Strong organizational and time‑management skills Bachelor’s degree in Education, Sports Management, or related field preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Prestonwood Christian Academy
