The overall objective of this role is to lead applications systems analysis and programming activities.Responsibilities:Partner with multiple management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals as well as identify and define necessary system enhancements to deploy new products and process improvementsResolve variety of high impact problems/projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standardsProvide expertise in area and advanced knowledge of applications programming and ensure application design adheres to the overall architecture blueprintUtilize advanced knowledge of system flow and develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementationDevelop comprehensive knowledge of how areas of business, such as architecture and infrastructure, integrate to accomplish business goalsProvide in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define issues and develop innovative solutionsServe as advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as necessaryAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.Recommended Qualifications:6+ years of hands on development experience5+ years experience in PEGA PRPC architecture, design and development4+ years experience with cloud-based PEGA deployments (AWS,)4+ years experience with cloud migration and constellation migrationStrong communication, leadership and stakeholder management skillE2E experience with Infinity (ver 24.1 or above) required; Pega certification CLSA preferred (minimum CSSA mandatory)Hands on experience in PDMPreferred hand on experience on Customer Service, Smart Investigate / Smart Dispute frameworks.Lead end to end design and architecture of PEGA applications across multiple business unitsPartner with business stakeholders, product owners, and Technology leads to translate business requirements into technical solutionsConduct architecture reviews and enforce PEGA guardrails and Compliance with Enterprise standardsStrong knowledge of integration patterns (REST, SOAP, MQ, KAFKA)Engage in performance tuning, scalability analysis, and application optimizationDevOps: BitBucket, TeamCity, uDeploy and CI/CD on a Pega platform understanding preferredHaving fair understanding of UI/UX design and basic architecture modelsAgile frameworks including JIRA knowledge for trackingEducation:Bachelor’s degree/University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent experienceLSA Certified with 8.8 or latestThis job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
