We’ve found that the best people for this role don't usually come from car sales; they come from hospitality, retail, or any job where making people smile is the goal. We don’t do "high-pressure." We don't do "sleazy."  We do empathy, accountability, and a whole lot of fun.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Building Connections: You’ll be the face of our Missoula location, greeting guests and making them feel like family.
• Changing Lives: You aren't just selling a car; you’re helping people get the reliable transport they need to move their lives forward.
• Owning the Store: You take pride in your environment—keeping the lot tidy, the building clean, and the "curb appeal" high.
• Growing Your Network: Following up with customers to build long-term trust and a referral-based business.
