Production Assembler

Production AssemblerAssemble and inspect metal parts, ensuring they meet customer specifications. You will be responsible for handling 25-50 parts daily, depending on production needs. Follow blueprints and use different hand tools throughout 8, 10 or 12 hour shifts. Openings on ALL SHIFTSAssemble and inspect metal parts using hand tools.Ensure all parts meet customer specifications and quality standards.Essential Skills2+ years of experience using hand tools.1+ years of experience in parts manufacturing.Ability to use a tape measure accurately.Pay: $19-22Work EnvironmentThe work schedule consists of multiple shifts. The first shift typically runs from 6 am to 2:30 pm, with 10-hour shifts from 4:30 am to 3 pm. The second shift operates from 3 pm to 11:30 pm or 3:30 pm to 12 am, with extended hours from 3 pm to 1:30 am for 10-hour shifts.Interview ProcessVideo InterviewIn person Interview where they go over your manufacturing experience, and experience with hand tools.A tape measure test will be part of the interview process to ensure competency.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hannibal, MO.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.73 - $22.23/hr.
