Job SummaryWe are seeking a personable and motivated Call Center Agent to communicate with customers by phone, provide information about products and services, and support a positive customer experience. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with strong verbal communication skills who enjoy helping people, identifying customer needs, and working toward team goals.
Responsibilities- Respond to incoming customer calls in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company offerings.
- Answer customer questions and address routine concerns.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Conduct follow-up calls when appropriate to support customer relationships.
- Support customer satisfaction and relationship-building initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and activities.
- Communicate customer feedback and recurring concerns to team members.
- Assist with customer outreach and engagement activities.
- Collaborate with team members to meet customer service and performance goals.
- Maintain a positive and professional tone during all calls.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
- Comfortable communicating with customers by phone.
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated.
- Previous call center, customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus but not required.
