Location: Glenwood Springs, Colorado
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-6:00 PM
Pay Rate: A-Level Technician: $35-$50/hour | B-Level Technician: $25-$30/hour (Based on Experience)
Pay Type: Hybrid pay plan with base pay available
Pay Schedule: Bi-weekly
Earning Potential: A-Level: $70,000-$105,000 | B-Level: $50,000-$75,000 (Based on Experience)

Introduction

We are seeking experienced A-Level and B-Level Automotive Technicians in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. Depending on skill level, earning potential ranges from $50,000-$105,000, with A-Level Technicians earning $70,000-$105,000 and B-Level Technicians earning $50,000-$75,000 (Both based on experience). This full-time opportunity offers a Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends, ongoing training, and relocation assistance for qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair domestic and import vehicles.
• Perform automotive diagnostics, general repairs, and scheduled maintenance based on experience level.
• Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) and document vehicle findings.
• Troubleshoot vehicle concerns and complete repairs accurately and efficiently.
• Deliver quality workmanship while maintaining productivity.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Collaborate with the service team to support efficient workflow and a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• A-Level: 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience with advanced diagnostic skills.
• B-Level: 3+ years of automotive repair experience with general repair and basic diagnostic skills.
• Experience performing Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) preferred.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Strong automotive troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Compensation & Benefits

• A-Level Technician pay rate: $35-$50/hour (Based on experience)
• A-Level Technician earning potential: $70,000-$105,000 (Based on experience)
