As a Quality Inspector, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our transformers and components meet the highest quality standards before they leave our facility. What You'll Do Inspect finished transformer components to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications. Perform inspections on incoming materials according to military and company standards. Support quality operations by inspecting finished components prior to testing. Use measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify dimensions and tolerances. Examine surface finishes and coatings for defects, imperfections, or irregularities. Identify, document, and communicate quality concerns and non-conformities. Work closely with production and quality teams to maintain product excellence. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving quality-related issues. Follow established inspection procedures to ensure accuracy, consistency, and customer satisfaction. What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required. Previous quality control, inspection, manufacturing, or production experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Experience using measuring tools and inspection equipment is a plus. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance. Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, climb, reach, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift. Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and elevated noise levels. Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety-toe footwear, eye protection, hearing protection, and gloves. Strong visual acuity, depth perception, and manual dexterity.
