CoWorx is partnering with a highly respected organization in the mechanical/HVAC space to identify a Chief Estmator to join their growing team in the Randolph, MA area!. This is a great opportunity to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with strong leadership, excellent benefits, and long-term growth potential.The Project Manager will be responsible leading and developing the estimating team with the ability to multi-task, self-motivate and handle multiple projects at one timeOversight of the estimating process for all tradesCompensation: $110K – $160K+ competitive benefits

Responsibilities

• Leadership skills (lead and continuous development of estimating team)
• Strong presentation skills
• Strong ability to keep up to date with technological advancements
• Ability to multi-task, self-motivate and handle multiple projects at one time
• Oversight of the estimating process for all trades
• Estimating
• Scope Reviews
• Customer relations
• Training
• Bid proposals
• Software maintenances
• Cost analysis
• Product inventory schedules/ reviews
• Collaboration with internal groups (Preconstruction, Operations, Sales & Business Development)

Desired Background/Skills

• 5+ years of mechanical estimating experience
• Proven Leadership in estimating
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems
• Proficiency in estimating software
