The perfect candidate will have good communication skills, written aptitude, strong customer service skills, physical aptitude, a clean driving record and must be a self motivator. We provide the tools, training, cell phone and company vehicle (take home) to support you in the field. Service will include commercial/ residential monthly maintenance services as well as one-time residential services.
This Job Is Ideal for Someone Who Is: Dependable - more reliable than spontaneous. People-oriented - enjoys interacting with people. Detail-oriented - would rather focus on the details of work than the bigger picture. Self Motivated - someone who can work on their own without direct supervision.
Candidates must live in Alameda or Contra Costa Counties. Sales, management and/ or customer service experience is preferred. We offer two weeks paid vacations - Five paid national holidays, two personal days and two sick days. We also offer a 401k plan, Dental and Kaiser Gold Medical Plan.
We offer an hourly wage and a commission on all service production - your potential and motivation will determine your income level.
Required - pest control experience with Branch 2 & 3 Field representative license.
