Distribution Associate - Full Time

Feldco Windows, Siding, Doors & Roofing is looking for a Full-Time Distribution Warehouse Associate to join our team in Homewood, IL. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: This position would require a valid driver's license and clean driving record. Ability to lift 50 - 100 lbs regularly.

Job Info:

• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Location: 17330 Hoffman Way, Homewood, Illinois
• Salary: $17/hour
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM. Overtime: Up to 4 hours on Saturdays (twice per month, paid at 1.5x hourly rate).

Warehouse Roles & Responsibilities:

• Receive, inventory & stage products with 100% accuracy.
• Utilize an RF scanner to accurately maintain & order stock inventory as needed.
• Receive deliveries & distribute packages.
• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Follow daily operational procedures and routines.
• Assist with facility maintenance, including minor repairs and office setup (e.g., cubicles, lighting).
• Support Operations Managers with various projects and tasks.

Position Qualifications:

• Valid Driver's License.
• Must be reliable with a track record of good attendance.
• Ability to lift 50 to 100 lbs.
• Highly organized & detail orientated.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced, dynamic team environment.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Team-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Reliable with a strong attendance record.
