She Recruits is partnering with a top-tier healthcare system in Ocala, Florida to find a dedicated and experienced Emergency Room RN . This is an exciting opportunity for a high-performing nurse who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to provide life-saving care to a diverse patient population.

In this role, you'll be a critical part of the emergency care team, managing everything from minor injuries to acute trauma and critical illness-delivering high-quality, compassionate care in a high-acuity, team-oriented setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Triage, assess, and treat patients of all ages with varying degrees of illness or injury
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs
• Manage multiple cases at once, effectively prioritizing patient care
• Provide thorough discharge instructions and coordinate follow-up care
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal outcomes
• Remain calm under pressure and adapt quickly to dynamic patient care needs

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license or multistate compact license (must obtain FL license within 60 days of relocation)
• At least 1 year of recent acute care RN experience (ED, ICU, or PCU preferred)
• Preferred: Previous paramedic experience
• Required Certifications (with grace periods):
  • BLS - within 30 days of start
  • ACLS - within 90 days of start
  • PALS - within 90 days of start
  • ENPC - within 6 months of start
  • TNCC - within 6 months of start
  • CPI (Nonviolent Crisis Intervention) - within 6 months of start
• Education: Associate Degree or RN Diploma required; BSN preferred

Compensation & Perks

• Annual Salary Range: $64,000 - $95,000+ based on experience
• Night Shift Differential: +$4.25/hour
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000 for night shift
• Relocation Assistance: Offered case-by-case
