Warehouse Worker - Distribution Center

Looking for a consistent schedule with competitive pay? Join our fast-paced distribution center team! We're hiring Warehouse Workers to help receive, process, pick, pack, and ship products efficiently while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Pay

• $18.25/hour for Day Shift
• $20.25/hour for Weekend Shift

Shift Times

• Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Currently working mandatory overtime: 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday through Thursday

• Friday through Sunday, 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM
• Currently working mandatory overtime and may be scheduled an additional day on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday

What You'll Do

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately
• Receive, sort, and process incoming inventory
• Load and unload trucks
• Operate warehouse equipment as trained
• Maintain inventory accuracy and organization
• Follow safety procedures and quality standards
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and efficient
• Meet daily productivity goals

What We're Looking For

• Warehouse, distribution, logistics, or general labor experience preferred but not required
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. regularly
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout a 10-12 hour shift
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime when needed
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cheyenne, WY.

The pay range for this position is $18.25 - $21.75/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
