Cape Cod Veterinary Specialists is looking for an Urgent Care Veterinary Technician to join our emergency and specialty team during an exciting period of growth. This role is ideal for a veterinary technician who enjoys hands-on patient care, client communication, and helping patients who need timely treatment but may not require full critical care support. You will work closely with our veterinarians and emergency team to help assess, treat, and support non-critical urgent cases presenting through our ER service. About This Role As an Urgent Care Technician, you will assist veterinarians throughout the patient visit, helping provide efficient, compassionate, and high-quality care. Cases may include, but are not limited to: Bandage changes Ear cytologies Urinary tract infections Lameness exams Wound care Minor injuries GI upset Skin and ear concerns Triage support for stable urgent cases Client education and discharge support You will be part of a talented, cohesive, and compassionate team focused on exceptional patient care, strong client service, and supportive collaboration across departments.
