As a Leave Partner, you will be responsible for serving as a trusted HR partner responsible for the administration, coordination, and compliance of employee leave programs. This role ensures exceptional employee experience while maintaining adherence to federal, state, and local leave laws and company policies. The Leave Partner collaborates closely with employees, managers, HR Business Partners, payroll, benefits vendors, and third- party administrators to deliver accurate, timely, and compassionate leave support. Must present a professional, positive image at all times Strong working knowledge of FMLA, ADA, USERRA, and state and local leave laws High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations Must possess a valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable driving record as determined by the Michels Review Team Experience in a multi-state or complex leave environment.
