Family Nurse Practitioner, Community Health Center - St. Lucie County

(Only QUALIFIED Healthcare Professionals accepted) Family-NP - A Federally Qualified Health Center providing integrated patient care services in primary care, behavioral health, women's health, and dentistry is seeking an experienced family nurse practitioner.

The family nurse practitioner provides primary care services to patients, emphasizing health promotion and disease prevention. Diagnoses and manages acute and chronic diseases. Services include obtaining pertinent history, performing examinations, ordering, and interpreting appropriate laboratory tests and prescribing appropriate medications and treatment. Teach and counsel individuals, families, and groups. Work autonomously as well as collaborate with other health care providers as needed. Serve as health care resource, interdisciplinary consultant, and patient advocate.

Traditional outpatient practice, Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Health Center offers a flexible schedule, competitive salary, and an excellent benefit package including paid time off, paid holidays, continuing education allowance, relocation allowance, dental, and life insurance, short and long term disability, paid malpractice coverage, a 403(b) retirement plan and more.
