ILLUSTRATIVE EXAMPLES OF WORK
Assists clients with making coverage; use each contact with the client as an opportunity to review the whole account, round it, and market.
Prepares proposals and completes applications in coordination with producers, submits applications to eligible and appropriate carriers, obtains clients' signatures on all applications; follows up to ensure timely receipt of quotes and policies.
Attends to clients' needs by providing binders, certificates, policies, endorsements, and other related items; verifies their accuracy using established agency checklist.
Re-markets renewals, contacts clients, creates renewal proposals and handles other renewal activities in coordination with the producers.
Renews policies following agency standards; verifies each renewal's accuracy; ensures that all renewals are processed.
Reviews audit of policies verifies accuracy and facilitates corrections, as needed, between client and carrier.
Maintains and updates files in the agency management system.
Verifies accuracy of all directly billed cancellations and takes appropriate corrective action when needed.
Determines reasons for the request of cancellations; acts to save accounts; notifies producers according to agency standards.
Processes and follow up on cancellation requests to carriers to ensure accurate and timely resolution.
Assists clients in submitting first reports of claims, facilitates prompt response from carrier staff, and follows up on claim status to keep the insured informed.
Achieve sales goals by generating new business and cross-selling existing customers
Develop leads, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
Establish client relationships and follow up with customers as needed
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and update coverage to protect clients and that will meet their needs.
Represent the company at networking and sales events
Be able to demonstrate patience and professional at all times when working with clients and co-workers.
Represent the company at community events

Knowledge of insurance markets, insurance ratings, and underwriting procedures to effectively manage, maintain and write assigned clients and prospect lists.
Confident self-starter who works well independently and manages multiple clients, tasks, and requests.
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams.
Maintain insurance licenses

1+ YEARS of Commercial Lines Experience
Must hold an active Property and Casual License
