Responsibilities Manage accounts receivable processes including invoicing, payment posting, and account reconciliation Conduct outbound collections calls and follow-ups on outstanding balances Utilize ServiceTitan to track, manage, and update customer accounts and billing records Identify and resolve billing discrepancies and disputes in a timely manner Generate and analyze A/R aging reports to prioritize collections efforts Communicate professionally with customers regarding payment arrangements and account status Coordinate with field and operations teams to ensure accurate job costing and invoicing Requirements Hands-on experience with ServiceTitan software is required 2+ years of accounts receivable and/or collections experience Strong understanding of billing, invoicing, and payment reconciliation processes Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general accounting software Excellent communication and negotiation skills for customer-facing collections High attention to detail with strong organizational and time management abilities Experience in the home services or field service industry is a plus About Us Services By J National LLC is a trusted name in the home and commercial services industry, known for delivering reliable, high-quality work to customers across the region.
