Senior Specialist Analytical Capabilities

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Specialist in Analytical Capabilities to develop and enhance pharmacovigilance quality and compliance monitoring solutions. The role focuses on creating data visualizations, dashboards, and reports using business intelligence tools, while supporting Medical Safety Quality teams across three New Jersey and Pennsylvania locations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance reports, visualizations, and dashboards to strengthen pharmacovigilance quality monitoring
- Provide training and user support for data visualization tools and analytical solutions
- Support production of routine quality and compliance metrics within established timelines
- Investigate complex data and reporting issues independently, escalating material risks when appropriate
- Contribute technical expertise to digital transformation initiatives and cross-functional projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in quantitative, scientific, technology, business, or related field
- 2–5 years of professional experience in relevant analytical or quality domain
- 2+ years of hands-on experience developing dashboards and reports using Qlik, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools
- Proficiency with SQL and relational database concepts
- Ability to troubleshoot data issues across systems, pipelines, warehouses, and reporting layers
- Strong analytical problem-solving, attention to detail, and independent work capability
- Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-functional collaboration skills
