Registered Nurse - Telemetry

$2774.40/week - Job Summary: Conduct patient assessments and deliver specialized nursing care to telemetry patients. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes and safety. Responsibilities: Monitor and interpret patient cardiac rhythms using telemetry equipment. Administer medications and treatments following physician orders and facility protocols. Document patient progress, interventions, and responses accurately in the Meditech system. Respond promptly to abnormal rhythms or patient alarms, escalating issues as needed. Educate patients and families regarding cardiac conditions and post-discharge care. Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and infection control procedures. Qualifications: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Kansas. Minimum of 1 year of recent telemetry or cardiac care experience. BLS, ACLS, and NIH certification required. Strong assessment skills and the ability to interpret cardiac rhythms confidently. Team-oriented with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
