Job Description Duties include, but are not limited to: Proctoring in classroom Instructor Lead Training (ILT) courses as well as On-Th-Job Training (OJT) directly on the production floor. Develop training materials for use in training courses, with high attention to quality, role-specificity, and engaging learning experience. Tracks, trends and monitors training compliance; prepares routine progress reports on job specific training programs. Participates in other quality systems activities such as internal audit, inspection preparation and change control as required. Basic Qualifications Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 3 years of professional experience Ability to work 1st and 2nd shift to support training schedule and initiatives. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a process oriented environment. Ability to work within and collaborate with a team. This position will be located at a facility that requires the selected candidate to be a US Citizen. Desired skills Comfortable presenting training material in a classroom setting. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
