Overview LaSalle Network is hiring an Administrative Assistant to support a department head and leadership team. This role works closely with a senior executive assistant, helping keep day-to-day operations, events and communications running smoothly in a fast-paced environment. This position is ideal for someone who serves as the go-to person, balancing logistics, coordinating events and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. Responsibilities Support leadership and other team members Coordinate speaker events, presentations and department-wide meetings Manage travel logistics, itineraries and guest coordination Organize recurring meetings and discussion groups Oversee catering, scheduling and event preparation Assist with expense tracking and reconciliation Maintain organized records and manage email communications Support general office operations and administrative needs Qualifications 2-5 years of Administrative Assistant experience Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle priorities Professional communication skills and confidence working with leadership Experience coordinating events or managing logistics is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools Key Details Compensation: $22–$25/hour, depending on experience Benefits: LaSalle Network consultants are eligible to enroll in benefits.
