Job Location: We have offices in San Jose, CA & Morgan Hill, CA, but are open to strong remote candidates
Compensation: $150K - $200K base, depending on experience, plus bonus and equity partnership track!

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Trust & Estate Planning and Administration Attorney to join our team on a partnership track. This role focuses on providing comprehensive estate planning and trust administration services to high-net-worth clients, ensuring that their financial and personal interests are protected and effectively managed.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice on estate planning, including drafting wills, trusts, and other related documents.
• Administer trusts and estates, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Guide clients through the probate process, offering support and advice to navigate legal complexities.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and trust.
• Collaborate with financial advisors and other professionals to create cohesive estate plans that meet clients' needs.
• Stay updated on legal developments and trends in trust and estate law to provide the best service to clients.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active member of the California Bar Association.
• 3+ years of experience in trust and estate planning, trust administration, and probate administration.
• Demonstrated ability to work with high-net-worth clients and address their unique needs.
• Strong client-facing skills and the ability to build long-term relationships.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
