Manage and supervise commissioning teams, including technical staff and contractors. Conduct inspections, tests, and validations to verify that systems and equipment operate according to design and safety standards. Collaborate with engineering, construction, and operations teams to resolve technical issues during commissioning. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the commissioning process. Prepare and present commissioning reports, documentation, and handover packages to stakeholders. Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to mitigate delays or quality issues. Requirements Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; advanced certifications are a plus. Proven experience in commissioning power plants, including thermal, hydro, or renewable energy facilities. Strong understanding of power plant systems, control systems, and electrical/mechanical equipment. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate cross-functional teams effectively. Knowledge of industry standards, safety protocols, and environmental regulations.
